The role of Research Associate at the OCPPR combines academic research and scholarly publications.
Primary Responsibilities
- Foster a vibrant research culture by developing research strategies (outlining aims, priorities, and key areas of research);
- Facilitate interdisciplinary and collaborative research projects;
- Contribute to the academic field by presenting the researches conducted by OCPPR at conferences and publishing in reputed journals;
- Monitor the effective execution of dissemination workshops, seminars, conferences, symposia, legal awareness programmes, and outreach programmes; Foster a positive and supportive work environment;
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment;
- Any other duty related to the functioning of the OCPPR assigned by the Chair Professor, Panchayati Raj, CNLU, Patna.
